Veg Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. Ching’s Secret Superior Dark Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp. Ching’s Secret Green Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (200g) rice, boiled
  • 1/2 cup carrot, diced
  • 5 french beans, blanched & chopped
  • 1/3rd cup green peas, blanched
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Pinch of white pepper
  • Salt to pepper
 Method:
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan, add ginger, garlic & stir-fry fora minute.
  2. Add the spring onion whites & other vegetables, sauces,pepper & stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Now add the rice along with spring onion greens & salt to taste. 
  4. Stir-fry for minutes. Serve hot!
