Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped amla (indian gooseberries)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Spoonful of Honey
Method
  1. Combine the Amlas and ½ cup of water in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Strain using a strainer.
  3. Mix Honey to desire sweetness.
