Ching's Latest innovation will make cooking Hakka Noodles at home much more easy & hassle free.

Regular Hakka Noodles often become soggy & mushy when cooked at home. But with New Ching’s Just Soak Veg. Hakka  Noodles you can get al-dente, non-sticky noodles every time.

This is because Ching’s Just Soak Hakka Noodles are different! These high-quality noodles are semi-cooked and need to  be Just Soaked& drained to be ready. (See cooking instructions). Just add in stir-fried veggies and Ching’s Hakka Noodles  Masala, your ultimate Hakka meal is ready!

For a spicier Desi Chinese kick, add Ching’s Schezwan Chutney.


HOW TO USE
  • Boil water and switch off flame
  • Soak noodles and cover for 5-7 mins
  • Drain out the water
  • Wash and noodles are ready

Veg Hakka Chow Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack Ching’s Secret Veg Hakka Noodles
  • 2 tbsp. of Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles Miracle Masala
  • 1 cup of chopped vegetables (carrot, mushroom, cabbage,capsicum & onion)
  • 1 small bunch of spinach (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp. oil & salt to taste
 
Cooking instruction for Noodles:
  1. Boil 10 cups of water in a large pan, let the water bubble.
  2. Drop the noodles and boil for only 2-3 minutes. The noodles arecooked Al Dente ( Al Dente means partially cooking the noodles or leaving itslightly ‘kachcha’ )
  3. Drain the noodles & wash under running water. Spread on aflat surface & toss in 1tsp oil to prevent sticking & proceed with yourchosen dish

Method:
  1. Cook the noodles as per above instructions
  2. Heat oil in frying pan & stir-fry the vegetables for 2minutes. Add chopped spinach & stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add noodles, Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles Miracle Masala &sprinkle 1-2 tsp of water.
  4. Mix well and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Adjust salt, garnish wishspring onion and serve hot!
