Especially when food tastes this good.’ A traditional dish to the southern region of India, this is a dry rice dish rather than the saucy curries you might be used to - but is an excellent addition to your roster of weekday meals. Cooked in your oven – the traditional way - our new Easy Biryani sauces make it super easy to make a tasty biryani - for any occasion.

Easy Aromatic Chicken Biryani Recipe

  • Two chicken breasts - thinly sliced
  • A little oil
  • 150g of uncooked Basmati Rice
  • 4 tbsp of water
  • 1 Jar of Biryani Paste
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees/Gas Mark 4 In a saucepan, stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes
  2. Pour over the jar of Biryani Paste, the Basmati rice and the water
  3. Bring to the boil, transfer to an oven-proof dish and tightly cover.
  4. Place in the oven and cook for 35 minutes
