HENNESSY GINGER
GINGER / SPRING / EASY
“It never fails: Hennessy and ginger ale” — the Hennessy Ginger enjoys enduring popularity, as this recipe perfectly complements the inherent spice notes of Hennessy V.S and creates a bold yet balanced beverage.

Hennessy and Ginger is the right drink for any time of the day or evening. The spice of the ginger ale brings out the natural spice of Hennessy V.S.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 parts Hennessy V.S
  • 3.5 parts ginger ale

DIRECTIONS
Pour Hennessy cognac into highball glass. Add cubed ice (fill the glass), top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime wedge or fresh slices of ginger.


HIP HOPS
MARTINI / SPRING / ADVANCED
Dry and floral, deep yet light, this drink is a contradiction and an enigma, to taste it to is realize the complexity of Hennessy and to shed new light on what it can be paired with.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 oz Hennessy V.S
  • .25 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • .5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Grapefruit hops bitters
  • .75 oz IPA beer
  • Garnish: grapefruit twist.
  • Glass: Coupe or martini

DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients except the beer with ice until chilled, strain into martini or coupe glass, add beer, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.


HENNESSY MULE
ROCKS / SPRING / EASY
Classic vodka cocktail gets a flavor spike from Hennessy VS. The spice from Hennessy is a perfect compliment to the ginger bite from the Ginger beer.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 oz Hennessy V.S
  • 3.5 oz Ginger beer
  • Garnish: Lime Wedge and or fresh ginger slices

DIRECTIONS
Pour Hennessy and Ginger ale into a rocks glass with ice, garnish with a Lime wedge and or fresh ginger slices.
