Mayonnaise Green Mint

Mayo for the Indian palate. A fusion of mayo with mint. Savour it as a dip with kebabs or as spread. Go On, Indulge Yourself!

Roti Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients:
4 tsp Olive Oil
Chapatti (leftover)
45 g  Spring Onions
45 g Spring Onions
45 g  Coriander Leaves
15 g  Green Chillies
100 g Cheese
7 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Green Mint
30 g  Peanuts
6 - 8 Portion Garlic Cloves
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
Pieces Cherry Tomatoes (4-6)
Salt

Preparation

1. For Thecha Mayonnaise

First grind green chillies, garlic, raw peanuts, salt together in to a coarse paste. You can also sauté to make it a little crusty & dry.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and ground chilli paste.

Add about 2 tsp of this thecha to 3 tbsp of mint mayonnaise & mix it thoroughly

2. Put the tava on the flame and put 2 tsp of olive oil (you can also use a grill pan here)

3. As the tava heats up put the tortilla and heat it evenly, turning over a couple of times & leave it on flame. (here you can also use leftover roti, use low flame in that case).

4. Take a mixing bowl and add finely chopped spring onions, tomato, coriander & 2 green chillies, mix it properly.

6. Add grated cheese to the mixture, mix it further and spread it over the tortilla on the tava. Now add 4 tbsp of mint mayonnaise & fold over the tortilla. Heat it for about a minute till it gets slightly crispy.

7. Serve the Quesadilla with 1 tbsp Thecha Mayonnaise, a couple of roasted chillies & roasted cherry tomatoes.
