Gulkand has cooling properties, thus it is beneficial in alleviating all heat-related problems like tiredness, lethargy, itching, aches and pains.

Gulkand Lassi Recipe
Gulkand lassi is a refreshing Indian summer dessert drink.  

  • Thick Curd - 2 cups
  • Cardamom - 2
  • Gulkand - 2 tsp
  • Honey - 2 tsp
  • Badam/Pista - 3 tbsp
  1. Take a blender, add Curd , Water, Cardamom, Gulkand, Honey and Badam/Pista to it.
  2. Blend everything until smooth. Pour into tall serving glass and garnish with chopped nuts.
  3. You can also refrigerate, Serve chilled.
Can add water to adjust the thickness of the Lassi and add Honey as option of the Sweetness.
