Salad Dressing Vinaigrette

Add a zing to green leafy salads with a shot of our dressing. Combining tartness of vinegar with select herbs, it's the finishing touch to the salads, making them taste great!

Pan Fried Vegetables Recipe

15 ml Olive Oil (1tbsp.)
220 g Potato (2 medium, boiled, peeled & diced)
70 g         Red Bell Peppers (1 small, diced)
70 g   Yellow Bell Peppers (1 small, diced)
70 g        Onions (1 small, diced)
5 g        Salt (1tsp.)
5 g       Black Pepper Powder (1tsp.)
30 g       Dr. Oetker FunFoods Salad Dressing Vinaigrette (2tbsp.)
15 g       Parmesan Cheese


1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add potatoes, red and yellow capsicum, onion and stir fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp and cooked from inside. Season with salt and black pepper.

2. Add vinaigrette salad dressing and mix well. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Serve.
