Rose Falooda Recipe
Rose falooda is an absolute treat for rose flavor lovers, it's rich, super tasty and flavorful. Perfect as dessert, cooling from inside out on a hot day.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Milk – 1 cup
  • 2 teaspoon Sabja seeds I used chia seeds
  • ¼ cup Vermicelli or falooda sev
  • 3 tablespoon Rose syrup
  • 2 scoops Ice cream Vanilla flavor or kulfi
  • Chopped nuts to garnish
  • Rose jelly 

Instructions
  1. Soak chia seeds in a cup of water for 15 mins and drain water.
  2. Prepare the Vermicelli in water until soft and drain water.
  3. Prepare the Weikfield Rose Falooda Mix into 1Litre of Boil milk and Freeze it down.
  4. Put all the ingredients into the tall serving glasses. 
  5. Add a teaspoon of rose syrup and the Rose Jelly in bottom of the glass.
  6. Add the chia seeds in both glasses. 
  7. Layer with cooked Vermicelli in both glasses.
  8. Add rose milk in each glass and top with a scoop of ice cream to finish. Garnish with nuts.
