Red Chilli Sauce

Ching’s Red Chilli Sauce is the Desi Chinese way to add some sweet heat to your favourite snack, A fiery blend of red chillies, vinegar and spices, it can make any snack, from momos and samosas to sandwiches and kebabs, spicily mouth-watering.

Dragon Vegetables Recipe
  • ½ cup (100g) Ching’s Secret Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 cup French beans, chopped & blanched
  • 2 cups capsicum, cubed
  • 1 cup baby corn, sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, blanched
  • ½ cup carrot, cubed
  • 1 tbsp. ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 medium onions, cubed
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan & fry the ginger & garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add the onions & fry for 2-3 minutes, until their colour changes.
  3. Now add the carrot, cauliflower & baby corn & stir-fry for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame.
  4. Mix in the Ching’s Secret Red Chilli Sauce along with the rest of the vegetables.
  5. Stir-fry on a high flame till all the vegetables are coated. 
  6. Adjust salt. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
