Ching's Secret Schezwan Chutney

Ching’s Secret Schezwan Chutney is a mind-blowing fusion of fiery red chillies and pungent ginger-garlic with the tingly buzz of Schezwan pepper and exotic Hakka Chinese spices. This super versatile Chutney can be relished in three different ways:
DIP, SPREAD OR COOK!

Serving Suggestions:
1) Make mast-mast Chicken Lollipop by mixing Chutney with the batter & serving it as a dip.
2) Add a spicy twist to Aloo Parathas by mixing Chutney with the potato filling!
3) Spread some Schez funda to your anda & enjoy!
4) Make sizzling Schez pizzas by spreading Chutney on a pizza base and adding toppings and cheese!
5) Fry some wah-re-wah Schez batata Vadas by adding Chutney to the potato filling!
6) Make a simply super Schez Dosa by spreading some Hot Chutney inside!

Paneer Tikka Recipe

Ingredients                                                                 
  • 300 gms of Paneer cut into two inch cubes
  • 6 Tablespoons of Ching’s Secret Schezwan Chutney
  • 2 Onions Cut into two inch cubes
  • 1 large Capsicum Cut into two inch cubes
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method
  1. Mix all ingredients (except lemon juice) together in a bowl
  2. Skewer paneer and veggies alternatively.
  3. Grill on a non-stick pan for 6-8 minutes or until browned
  4. Drizzle lemon juice and serve hot with Schezwan chutney.

Crispy Fried Schezwan Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients                                                                        
  • 1 1/2 cups of parboiled Potato wedges.
  • 1 tbsp of  chopped Garlic.
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup of Corn flour
  • 5 tbsp of Ching’s Secret Schezwan Chutney
  • 2 chopped Dried red chillies.
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Spring onion greens and toasted sesame seeds to garnish

Method:-
  1. Mix together corn flour and salt with potato wedges in a bowl
  2. Deep fry till golden brown, strain on tissue paper and set aside
  3. Sauté chopped garlic and red chillies in 2 tbsp oil.
  4. Add Schezwan chutney and fried potato wedges and toss together.
  5. Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onion greens and sesame seeds.
