Description

Haldiram Cham cham is a lip-smacking dessert recipe from the state of Bengal. It is a delicious variation of the Bengali rosogullas, the only difference being in the way it is served. Rosogollas are served with sugar syrup while cham cham is served without any syrup, just with a dash of desiccated coconut or pistachios. Cham cham recipe is quite easy to prepare. In this particular cham cham recipe, we are using sugar substitute to make it suitable for the diabetic patients. The diabetics can have this delightful dessert without worrying about their sugar level. The commercially sold cham chams are prepared using food colours. But we have avoided using food colours to keep this recipe healthy.
