Cheese Dabeli Recipe
Dabeli is a local bread stuffed with delectably spiced mashed potatoes and topped with a bunch of delightful goodies ranging from different chutneys to a crunchy snack called sev to sweet pomegranate seeds. 

For Stuffing: 
  •  Shreeji Kuchhi Dabeli Masala
  • 2 tbsp oil2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • ½ tsp salt½ tsp salt
  • 2 potato, boiled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp fresh coconut, grated
  • Pomegranate seeds 
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Fine sev
  • 2 tbsp Masala Peanuts
  • 6 pav
  • ¼ cup Tamarind chutney
  • ¼ cup Garlic chutney
  • 1 cup Cheese, grated
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp butter, for roasting
  • ¼ cup Sev, fine
Dabeli filling
  1. Heat butter in a pan. Saute onions and green chillies.
  2. Add amchur powder, Dabeli masala and fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add boiled potatoes, salt, pepper and mix.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  1. Slice the sides of the pav and create pocket.
  2. Spread one side of pav with a tsp of tamarind chutney and other side with garlic chutney.
  3. Stuff a tsp of prepared Dabeli stuffing.
  4. Top with Grated cheddar cheese and a tbsp of chopped onions.
  5. ½ tsp of tamarind chutney and garlic chutney.
  6. Stuff the prepared Dabeli stuffing and level it out.
  7. Heat the pan with some butter and place stuffed pav.
  8. Roast on medium flame flipping both sides till the Dabeli turns crisp.
  9. Finally, roll the sides of Dabeli in fine Sev and serve cheesy Kacchi Dabeli.
