If Chowmein is your family’stop Desi Chinese meal, you can toss up a dish of Ching’s Chowmein as often as they like! Don’t forget to add lots of veggies ! You can make a delicious bowl of homemade Desi Chinese Vegetarian Chowmein which tastes as good or better than restaurant wali Chinese using Ching's Secret Chowmein Masala.

Hakka Fried Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles Miracle Masala
  • 1 pack of Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles 
  • 4 tbsp. of oil
  • 3 cups of chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, etc )
  • Chopped spring onion for garnishing

Method:
  1. Boil 1 pack (150g) of Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles as per instructions on the pack & keep aside.
  2. Heat 4 tbsp. of oil in a pan & stir-fry 3 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, etc) for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add boiled Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles to the vegetables.
  4. Add 2 tsp Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles Miracle Masala, sprinkle 1-2 tsp of water, mix well & stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Your Hakka Noodles are ready. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
