It has been the country’s favorite drink for generations. The flavor, the fragrance and the color as well as the goodness remain unparalleled even after 100 years of its creation. Hakim Hafiz Abdul Majeed’s brainchild, it is a cool blend of herbal ingredients. A refreshing concoction, RoohAfza is a thirst quencher and a great additive for mock-tails and desserts. Besides cooling, it is also nutritional and maintains as well as adjusts the body’s water level.

Roohafza Mojito Recipe
Roohafza refreshing mocktail, a drink made with mint and lemon in virgin mojito style.

Ingredients
  • Rohaafza –  2 & 1/2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves – 10
  • Lemon /Lime juice – 1 tbsp
  • Plain Soda – 1 cup
  • Crushed Ice – 1 cup
Method
  1. Muddle little ice and mint leaves until you get the flavor of mint. Top with more ice. Add Roohafza, lemon juice.
  2. Top with chilled soda Mix gently.
  3. Garnish with lemon slice, fresh mint and serve.
