Seekh Kebabs Recipe

Seekh Kebabs Recipe: Any party is incomplete without some delicious appetizers to kick start with and there would be no better option than some hot, grilled or roasted Seekh kebabs. Kebabs made from minced mutton and chicken meat, slathered in a bowl of spices and grilled to perfection. Full of juice and flavor, these kebabs are perfect as a starter for a dinner party. Served with mint chutney and a side of onion rings and lemon wedges, you won't need anything else to start the party !


Ingredients 
  • Mutton /Chicken (Minced Meat) 1kg
  • Onion (medium) 1 (finely crushed and squeezed)
  • Ginger paste 2 table spoon
  • Garlic paste 1 1/2 table spoon
  • Green chili 4-5 (finely chopped)
  • Green coriander 1 table spoon (finely chopped)
  • Lemon juice 1 table spoon
  • Butter/ Ghee 1/2 cup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cream
  • Mehran Seekh Kabab Masala
How to Make Seekh Kebabs
  1. Mix together In minced meat add onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chili, green coriander, cream and Mehran Seekh Kabab Masala.
  2. Add salt to taste. Mix. Cover and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Make small meat balls with wet hands. Thread meat balls through skewer and flatten the meat balls in thin layer around each skewer.
  4. Grill seekh kababs on coal fire, griller or in oven on low heat. Brush some ghee/butter and rotate the skewer to heat evenly, until kababs turn light brown.

Food Pairing
Serve with Chapatti, Paratha, Onion rings and Chutney. Serve for 6-7 persons.
